Seems to me that the Chinese Room scenario is a nothing burger.

For instance, what if you asked a question in Chinese like this - Is it warmer in the city than it is in the winter?

Would the instructions on how to manipulate Chinese symbols be able to handle that appropriately? I’d say probably not since the instructions would be based on logic.

Also, a Turing test is about whether or not one can tell if it’s a computer one is communicating with or a person.

But in the Chinese Room experiment we are told we are communicating with a person so we believe responses are from that person. But, rather, they are from a computer program. So that program passes itself off as human. And thus passes the Turing Test.

And if there is a God who created the universe then that God could have created the big bang and let things evolve as they did.
